Social Media Management Lozano Bakery

Repostería Lozano is a family-run business from Elche (Alicante) whose origins date back to 1976, when Bienvenida and Tomás began making muffins by hand in a small oven. Over the years, the company has grown to become a leading brand in the pastry sector, expanding its range of sweets, cakes, cookies, and pastry products without losing the traditional, family-oriented essence that defines it.

For its presence on Instagram and Facebook, Ecommedia developed a creative content strategy aimed at conveying the brand's identity through polished, approachable, and professional visual communication. We focused on a harmonious aesthetic, working with compositions, color palettes, and content layout to create an attractive and balanced feed. Combining product photography, creative still lifes, stop-motion videos, and content filmed at its factory and café allowed us to showcase the different facets of Lozano, alternating visual concepts to bring variety and dynamism to its social media channels.

Creativity was also reflected in the content planning, with posts tailored to different seasons and key dates on the calendar, such as Christmas, Halloween, Valentine's Day, and the brand's anniversaries. Through original graphic pieces, photography, and videos, we developed visual concepts that connected the products with each special occasion. We also boosted community engagement through contests and collaborations with micro-influencers, aiming to increase the brand's visibility and create new opportunities to connect with its audience.

Finally, we adapted all this content to the different formats on Instagram and Facebook, maintaining a consistent visual identity and a recognizable communication style that strengthened Repostería Lozano's digital presence.
